This showcase event is targeted to anyone interested in Climate change and risk of flooding. Rapid changes in land use and uncertain climate conditions have created a wide range of water challenges. This showcase event is about understanding water security, there will be best practice case study examples from communities who have leveraged technology to develop localized strategies for flood risk reduction. You will be treated with some hands-on experience using latest immersive technologies (VR headsets) to challenge your flood risk perception in a safe simulated environment. What are you waiting for?
